Who am I?

Who am I?

I’m

• 36,
• overweight (my BMI says that I’m obese)
• single (through choice, but I’m going to look soon),

I live

• on my own,
• In Western Sydney, NSW, Australia (hence the different spellings of some words)

I have

• a dog (mastiff x rottie),
• compartment syndrome in my legs so I can’t run or walk to far without being in AGONY, and I’m desperate to loose this weight,
• been the same weight now for probably 20 years, so it’s about time I changed,

I quit smoking in January 2007, (and I put a lot of weight on then),

I eat for comfort, (my favourite being chocolate).

Let’s see where this blog gets me.
