			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, I did it &#8211; I went to my doctor and asked to be put back on my anxiety medication.  It&#8217;s kind of out of hand at the moment, so I think I need some help.  Unfortunately, one of the side effects is weight gain.  Fortunately, it helps to keep me sane.  I&#8217;d rather be sane and fat, than a nervous wreck and thin.  We&#8217;ll see how long it takes before I start to gain any weight (if at all).  I&#8217;m hoping, that because I&#8217;m watching what I eat, and trying to do regular exercise, that this will help and I still continue to loose weight.  I&#8217;ve got to go back to the doc in 4 weeks.</p>
<p>I did the usual mental health questionnaire, and fortunately, I was able to answer the &#8216;do you have any plans to harm yourself&#8217; question truthfully, but saying NO!</p>
<p>I&#8217;m the lowest weight I&#8217;ve been in years, so at least I&#8217;m starting from a good place in that respect.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll let you know how I go.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Again, I’ve been really slack regarding posting on this blog, but I haven&#8217;t been slack with my diet or loosing weight.</p>
<p>Basically, since 4 January, I’ve lost:</p>
<ul>
<li>7.8kg (17.2lbs)</li>
<li>62.5cm</li>
</ul>
<p>My lowest weight so far has been 86.1kg (189.8lbs) yesterday, which was a total weight loss of 7.9kg / 17.4lbs</p>
<p>I’m still eating lite’n&#8217;easy, and I’m also enjoying my weight watchers chocolate ice cream.</p>
<p>I am quite sick this week, and I&#8217;ve had to cancel my boxing, which I really love.  Last week, my butt was so sore from the lunges, but I knew that I had worked hard.</p>

<p>As you can see, there have been ups and downs (and right now it&#8217;s TOM), so in that respect, I am really happy.</p>

<p>As you can see, I&#8217;m not &#8216;on track&#8217; as such, with my loose 100g per day goal.  I am, however, on track with the direction of my weight.  It is going DOWN!!</p>
<p>Back later sometime with some more news.  I can&#8217;t weight to get that 10kg&#8217;s, which is just over 2kgs, so that should happen some time in April.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve also lost 62.5cm (24.5&#8243;) since 11 January, which is when I started measuring myself.  I&#8217;m really happy.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, I&#8217;ve been really slack for about a month &#8211; no posts.  I have been eating quite well and still loosing weight.  I&#8217;ve been keeping a diary on excel working out what I&#8217;ve eaten and weighted, I just haven&#8217;t uploaded it to this blog.</p>
<p>Basically, since 4 January, I&#8217;ve lost:</p>
<ul>
<li>6.1kg (13.4lbs)</li>
<li>59.5cm</li>
</ul>
<p>My lowest weight so far has been 87.5kg on Wednesday, which was a total weight loss of 6.5kg / 14.3lbs</p>
<p>I&#8217;m still eating lite&#8217;n'easy, and I&#8217;m also enjoying my weight watchers chocolate ice cream.  I&#8217;ve had a few easter eggs (not good) but not nearly as many as last year (I pigged out majorly last year).</p>
<p>I&#8217;m so tired that when I get home from work I just want to sleep.  I swam 1km on 1 March, and haven&#8217;t been back.  I had an afternoon nap which turned into an all night nap.  I was so exhausted, but I hadn&#8217;t swum that far.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m still boxing but I&#8217;m doing it outdoors now.  I&#8217;m not paying for gym membership that I&#8217;m not using anymore.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll try and keep this blog up to date from now on, it&#8217;s just when you get left behind, you keep thinking that there is so much to catch up on, that I&#8217;m not bothering.  I might do a massive post later on, but I might just post my graphs to describe what&#8217;s been happening.  Watch this space&#8230;.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I went boxing tonight, so I&#8217;m really tired.  Here&#8217;s what I ate today:</p>

<li>Breakfast: vegenite on turkish bread</li>
<li>morning snack: 9 fantales</li>
<li>lunch: no lunch</li>
<li>dinner: 1/2 pizza (from pizza hut &#8211; so not good &#8211; and it was a meat lovers with stuffed crust)</li>
<li>dessert: frozen yoghurt (I can&#8217;t believe I was still hungry after 1/2 a pizza!!)</li>
</ul>
<p>I really fell off the wagon tonight.  I walked out of the gym, and straight into pizza hut and ordered my pizza.  When I got home, I just sat on the couch in my sweaty gym gear and ate my pizza.  It&#8217;s something I used to do regularly, but haven&#8217;t done it yet this year.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today I’m 89.5kg, down 1.2kg from last week!!!  Woo Hooo!!!  I’m celebrating the fact that I’m under 90kg.  And this is after a week where I only exercised 1 day.  Imagine what I could have done if I wasn’t so tired and had exercised….</p>
<p>This is what I ate today:</p>
<ul>
<li>Brunch: egg on multigrain muffin (lite’n’easy) with basil-in-a-tube and mayo</li>
<li>Snacks: 3 x rich chocolate desserts (weight watchers), 1 x fruit tub (lite’n’easy)</li>
<li>Dinner: pasta marinara with napoli sauce (lite’n’easy)</li>
</ul>

<p>My weight is down over 1kg, and my fat is down over 1kg!!</p>

<p>I’ve lost 7cm on my waist since January and 3cm since last week, 7.5cm from my right thigh, and 5cm from my left thigh.  Overall, I’ve lost 48cm since I started measuring, and 6cm since last week!  I’m so happy with this, especially since I didn’t swim at all this week.</p>
