Today wasn’t the best day as far as food goes (I had a few too many snacks), but it could have been worse.  I’m down to 91.4kg, so my downward trend is continuing. Thursday 22 January 2009 – 91.1kg

I’m down to my lowest weight so far!!!  91.1!!! I’m so glad that TOM is just about over – my fluid levels (although high) are almost back to (my) normal.  Not much longer and I’ll have lost 3kg!  Hopefully that will happen before Sunday, when I do my weekly weigh-in and measurements.
