Today TOM started – it’s not fair.  It’s only been 19 days since the last one finished!!!  Anyway, my weight is down 0.6kg from yesterday. I didn’t exercise tonight because of exhaustion.  I was in bed at 6:30, and was asleep by 7.  I also slept on the train on the way home, so maybe I’m coming down with something, or it’s the fact I’m recovering from the heat…. No change since yesterday’s weight, but that’s a good thing.  At least it hasn’t gone up!!
